Providing free educational support to the rural children of Aceh

Chance International

Empowering Minds, Shaping Futures

At Chance International, we believe that education is the key to changing lives and breaking the cycle of poverty. Our learning centers in rural areas are dedicated to providing free educational support to children who are often neglected due to the high levels of generational illiteracy caused by poverty and the aftermath of the 30-year internal conflict.

By supporting these children, we are not only giving them the opportunity to learn and grow but also empowering them to aspire for a brighter future. Education opens doors to endless possibilities, allowing these young minds to dream beyond their current circumstances and reach for the stars.

Join us in making a difference today by supporting Chance International. Together, we can empower tomorrow's leaders, pave the way for a more educated and prosperous community, and create lasting change for generations to come. Let's break the cycle of poverty one child at a time!

Creating a future, child by child

20th Anniversary of the 2004 Asian Boxing Day Tsunami

As as the ground shook in Asia, we work up on Boxing Day 2004 and were all shaken by the images on our screens of the devastation that had taken place. Nothing I saw on the news prepared me for what I found in Aceh a couple of weeks later, it was indescribable and I am still lost for words for what I saw.

20 years later we are still there, read more about the children’s progress and how your support has changed their lives.
